8. I remember the Raygun years well I was laid off for 3 1/2
years then returned to work in mid 1983. During those 3 1/2 years I was off the employees still working went through two rounds of concessions. In 1985 the company filed bankruptcy and remained in bankruptcy until 1990 and during those years we took even more drastic pay and benefit cuts. I worked in the steel industry, we were the first industry that was hit by companies moving south or out of the country for lower wages.
