In their alternate universe, the fact that Obama hasn't dissolved the Senate and created a dictatorship to get his policies through is the reason why a purported "progressive electorate" is about to elect a right-wing Congress. Of course, the poor economy has nothing to do with it. Voters are all liberal, and they only Conservative when Democrats aren't liberal enough for them.
