23. Anyone remember GWB's 2004 (& later) proposal to greatly expand temp ag workers? (H-2A visas)
The expansion of H-@A temporary agricultural workers was touted as immigration reform. (makes the slavery and abuse possible and, in significant cases, apparently "legal")
