And taken to the extreme I can see how that could turn into hate towards groups of people who are seen as responsible for population growth and migration.
Who says environmentalists or leftists can't possibly be racist jerks?
Secondly I doubt environmentalism necessarily drove to this. He may have been mentally unstable.
