Because we wouldn't want to offend anyone's sensibilities by showing them evidence of the war crimes sanctioned by Bush & Cheney without first giving people time to prepare themselves - and a chance to decide if they want to click on the thread or not. The body bag was opened so CPL GRANER and SPC HARMON could take pictures of the detainee. No NDRS or ISN numbers, as he was never processed in the system. (Ghost prisoner, hidden from Red Cross, etc.)
