100. Who would mourn the death of cancerous tumor? Not I, that's for certain.
There are deaths that ought rightfully be celebrated. I number Dick Cheney and Henry Kissinger among those.

There are carriers of pure evil among us. When one of them passes, it is indeed a cause for celebration. Not that their passing will eliminate human evil, yet the loss of any single carrier is a net win for humanity.

To celebrate the death of a vehicle for evil is an act of affirmation of our better selves, imo. When such psychopaths attain as much power as Cheney and Kissinger have, they inhibit our collective progress toward a humane, peaceful, and sustainable future on this earth.

It is right and just to celebrate the passing of such monsters. They made their choices freely.
