I don't know if anyone has come up with this idea yet but it seems to me like it would work. BP should get some of those fishin boats to sculp the oil into what appears like the face of Jesus. Either in the sea or on the sand. There would be people flocking there from all over the globe to see the miracle.
It would also boost public opinion of the oil since it would look like Jesus. Can't clean that up.
