Anyway, my point was that the DU "populace" is not the American "populace". I do not ignore the public mood. I watch it carefully; I study it. Thank goodness that Democrats and progressives have not (yet) bought into the political fantasy that some here on DU are promoting - that President Obama sucks and is no friend of progressive policy. When that happens, I'll get concerned.
