7. It's like this...
They never had a solution.

They know full well that whatever they try will fail.

The know that the only thing that will fix this massive fuck up is relief wells.

So what we are being treated to now is; a gigantic dog and pony show in an effort to change the perception of the public into thinking that they, BP, are actually trying.

We the public want accountability, answers and a solution, they on the other hand want none of that and are doing everything in their power to obscure the reality that there is no solution other than drilling relief wells.

I'm waiting for the, probably now burned to crisp, memo stating that the blow out preventer never really worked and that is why they let it's batteries lapse.

this is reality.

Everyone was fine and happy, motoring right along, prior to this massive disaster. As a result, there was no reason to expect BP (or any oil corp for that matter) to be responsible or even feign responsibility.

Now, everyone expects the devil to take the blame.

Fat chance.

We live in a really fucked up time of addiction, blame and denial.

Exxon, Shell and Total have all be extremely quite during all of this. Interesting. They are doing the slow circle around BP, in hopes of scooping up what is left of them.
