1. Stupid freak. Too bad for her.
I hope this lawsuit gets thrown out and the judge laughs at her for fifteen minutes for being so goddamned stupid.

I fear that this lawsuit will go to trial, thus showing once again that we the people have no responsibility to do any due diligence on our own; to whit, in this case, eyeballing the highway and going "damn, that looks dangerous".
