apparatus to affix to the bottom of one of these deep sea subs? It could dive and "plug the leak" on the bottom of the ocean? When they have to surface before the other hole is fully drilled in August, another of the 3 remaining deep sea submarines could take it's place.

Rotate the four deep sea world subs until the second hole is fully drilled?

We need to get the engineering talent within the entire WORLD COMMUNITY involved in correcting this massive problem.
