Not sure if John "Death Squad" Negroponte was ever indicted. It's almost like a black comedy when Bush brought in Negroponte and then shifted him to the State Department in order to bring back competence to the Dept (it had fallen apart under Condi)
But, the thing on Reagan has been on DU a few times over the last 3 1/2 years I've been here.
