  - Hey, I'm primarily protesting two illegitimate occupations where people are slaughtered.  ShortnFiery   Apr-28-10 04:44 PM   #4
     - You're upset over the boycott of racist legislation.  HiFructosePronSyrup   Apr-28-10 04:59 PM   #12
        - No, it's SOP in almost every other country. I have lived all over the world and  ShortnFiery   Apr-28-10 05:08 PM   #15
           - Are you familiar with the phrase...  HiFructosePronSyrup   Apr-28-10 05:13 PM   #16
              - Am I to consider that a self description?  ShortnFiery   Apr-28-10 05:20 PM   #17
  - One little law codifying racial profiling and everyone goes bananas! The nerve!  SemiCharmedQuark   Apr-28-10 05:05 PM   #14
  - Anyone who looks "less than lily white" knows that cops racial profile all the time anyway.  ShortnFiery   Apr-28-10 05:26 PM   #18
  - Yes, and it used to be against the law. Now it's codified INTO the law.  SemiCharmedQuark   Apr-28-10 05:29 PM   #19
  - You haven't lived or traveled extensively overseas or you wouldn't over react like this.  ShortnFiery   Apr-28-10 05:48 PM   #22

     - If you step foot overseas, better have your IDs and paperwork handy. Yes, us Americans are spoiled.  ShortnFiery   Apr-28-10 05:56 PM   #25
     - This is an American law, not a foreign country's.  Starbucks Anarchist   Apr-28-10 05:58 PM   #27
     - I've been overseas often as I am married to a Briton.  SemiCharmedQuark   Apr-28-10 05:59 PM   #29
     - The UK 's real foreign? No, we disagree. eom  ShortnFiery   Apr-28-10 06:01 PM   #32
     - Yes, England is a foreign country.  Starbucks Anarchist   Apr-28-10 06:02 PM   #34
     - I'm sorry, when you said "overseas", I thought you meant a country that was "over the sea".  SemiCharmedQuark   Apr-28-10 06:02 PM   #36
        - No need to continue to snipe each other. Let's say "we disagree and leave it at that."  ShortnFiery   Apr-28-10 06:04 PM   #40
     - Wait a minute. I was frisked by a guy with a submachine gun in Heathrow airport  Romulox   Apr-29-10 09:18 AM   #84

     - Some other countires put women in burqas.  Starbucks Anarchist   Apr-28-10 05:56 PM   #26
        - Clearly, if the United States made a law that said all women had to wear burqas and you disagreed  SemiCharmedQuark   Apr-28-10 06:00 PM   #30
     - Do you know what "codified into law" means?  Starbucks Anarchist   Apr-28-10 05:56 PM   #24
     - This is bullshit! If more of you had traveled expensively overseas you wouldn't be having  ShortnFiery   Apr-28-10 05:59 PM   #28
        - I see you also don't understand analogies very well.  Starbucks Anarchist   Apr-28-10 06:01 PM   #31
        - Nurture you hatred. That's the way to look real good. eom  ShortnFiery   Apr-28-10 06:02 PM   #35
           - All I hate is your incredible ignorance and logical fallacies.  Starbucks Anarchist   Apr-28-10 06:03 PM   #37
           - Oh, I'm sorry for my ignorance:  ShortnFiery   Apr-28-10 06:05 PM   #41

           - And you know, Stereotyping doesn't mean that you act on generalizations.  ShortnFiery   Apr-28-10 06:03 PM   #38
              - No, to you it just means you make a law that mandates it.  SemiCharmedQuark   Apr-28-10 06:04 PM   #39
                 - Read an Introductory Psychology text? Gee, talk about blinders? Let it go.  ShortnFiery   Apr-28-10 06:08 PM   #42

                       - I have no problem with psychology, but I found intro psych to be a big waste of time  SemiCharmedQuark   Apr-28-10 06:14 PM   #47
                       - It was in the "It's just in your head" segment in that poster's book.  Starbucks Anarchist   Apr-28-10 06:16 PM   #

                          - Aww, are you inconvenienced?  Starbucks Anarchist   Apr-28-10 06:25 PM   #59
                             - No, I just don't care much for bully tactics. It's not even cute.  ShortnFiery   Apr-28-10 06:31 PM   #63
                                - Yet you're perfectly okay with the severe bully tactics of this new law.  Starbucks Anarchist   Apr-28-10 06:32 PM   #65
                                - No, I'm not. You didn't pay attention. eom  ShortnFiery   Apr-28-10 06:34 PM   #67

                          - I have this crazy problem upholding civil liberties.  Starbucks Anarchist   Apr-28-10 06:24 PM   #56
                             - No you don't. You have this attitude that you are invincible and cute by scoring cheap points  ShortnFiery   Apr-28-10 06:32 PM   #66
                                - "Cheap points" like pointing out your clear inconsistencies and disregard for freedom?  Starbucks Anarchist   Apr-28-10 06:47 PM   #69
                       - You take my statement of fact and twist it around.  ShortnFiery   Apr-28-10 06:20 PM   #50
                          - No, I brought up Israel/Palestine because you have moved and/or deleted messages about AIPAC all the  SemiCharmedQuark   Apr-28-10 06:22 PM   #53

                                - Well, let's get back to the topic at hand. What does psychology have to do with this?  SemiCharmedQuark   Apr-28-10 06:25 PM   #58
                                   - Yes, because attacking on something perceived and off topic is inappropriate.  ShortnFiery   Apr-28-10 06:30 PM   #62
                                      - So psychology has everything to do with it which is why you don't want to talk about it?  SemiCharmedQuark   Apr-28-10 06:32 PM   #64
     - "I don't mind showing my IDs and paperwork to prove that"  awoke_in_2003   Apr-28-10 11:47 PM   #72
