as well as the use of mercenary armies whose ham-handed ineptitude helped ignite the insurgency.

Ooh, ooh, and the blowing off of the Iraq Study Group recommendations.

Or maybe the Social Security "reform"/Wall Street money grab? Or Enron?

But I agree, it would've been very tough to get 'em all.
