need for a renewed effort to populate Arizona with Hispanics from outside the state, because it's happening from within:

Arizona is being re-populated by its indigenous people at an ever-growing rate, and the KKK wannabes are starting to panic. The recent "Birther Bill," and this piece-of-crap racial-profiling legislation are the desperate acts of a dwindling redneck population, and they are in panic mode.

I would not be surprised if American Hispanics from other parts of the country begin to move into Arizona, because after all -- many of their ancestors come from the area, and predate the Johnny-come-lately white assholes who are currently running things.
