There are currently Federal laws which prevent me from acquiring many firearms (for example, import bans on semi-automatic rifles that would be legal to own if they were made in the USA).


There are many legislators who seek to further restrict access to fireams (Diane Feinstein (D-CA), Carolyn McCarthy (D-NY), Mark Kirk (R-IL), Michael Castle (R-DE), etc),
