34. I'm not sure how to respond to this post. My husband's business
is the very worst it's been in 25 years and we're starting to feel a little shell shocked about it all. We might like to sell our house, but although values haven't declined in our area, nothing is selling. According to a well regarded local Realtor, the tax incentive has done squat in this market. After you eat up your resources trying to stay afloat, it gets a little scary. If that makes me a "doom and gloomer," I guess that's what I am.
