The foal appears to be a mix, which means the sire is probably a quarter horse. He doesn't look like an Arabian foal, so he's probably a half Arab half quarter horse mix.

There doesn't appear to be any quarter horse in the mare, however. Quarter horses don't have the fancy head, the coloration, or the same rear end as an Arab.
