And why did we, the liberals, the smartest of the electorate fall for it? Because we were wounded. We lived through the horror that was Bush. Our economy is falling apart. We are at the cliff. And then he comes Obama riding in on a white horse, a different kind of candidate in many ways. And hope and change began, which is EXACTLY what we needed. I even fell for it.
