18. That's not simply one test.
He 1) caved in a miserable fashion
2) had the hubris to go on record as he did, thinking that folks would ignore it later on
3) has no regard for the history of this country; by opening the door for Alito, he and the others knew damn well what would happen.

That's not even adding in the callous disregard for over half the world's population.
