Last I checked, Hillary is the only woman running; and, there is a lot known now that was not known when she voted to allow force only if all diplomatic and inspection avenues were exhausted.
Of course, he lied, something no one should anticipate a President of the United States would do. I believe that at that time he had to be given the benefit of the doubt. I am convinced that the Clinton Administration believed that Saddam was a liar, and was attempting to do these things when he was just attempting to make his neighbors believe he was. It seems he just didn't have the money to do what he wanted because of the sanctions or lack of will.
