Whenever we started to have financial issues they did extensions and set us up on what ever deal was going at the time. Now we have the deal you have, just to keep us from canceling, never a contract tho?!
I'm probably out of touch with their new customer tactics. But, double check through a tech line - usually best service (billing are sometimes outsourced and do not have options), they were advertising that they were different from others because of no contracts, might be worth the trouble :shrug:?!?
