I tired of the nonsense but here is the amazing thing. I surf the internet for news and as the months pass, the hype and media nonsense are more and more evident. Huffington Post for example has news but a lot of drivel about young celebrities or reality stars. DU has a lot of posts about Palin, Beck, Rush, and Scarborough...None of this is important. The only thing that makes them important is focusing on them and since my life is more meaningful than their nonsense, I can just read the headline and be done..I know all that I need to know about personalities. That is what the media has done to us..made us celebrity personality junkies whether it be political or entertainment or sports personalities. TMZ is the perfect example of all that is wrong with America.
I still watch documentaries online..and occasionally Rachel Keith, frontline etc. But the cable service will NEVER be renewed in my home..ever.
