12. Please bear in mind that I consider "hyperbole" my most favoritist shiny thing EVER.
While, if taken point-by-point, everything I said may be LITERALLY true,
the actual statistical chance that I would ever succumb to the urge
to bitch-slap you is surprisingly low.

You should perhaps take a moment to consider how FORTUNATE you are
to be in a position to help someone like your niece. This country is
full of people who worked just as hard and smart as you ever did, but
don't have a spare room to show for it. And more of us enter that
category every day thanks to the B*shCabal economic plan.

Bear in mind that, without a "patron" like you, your niece would be
destined for a perpetual cycle of corporate-fuedalist wage slavery.
And then remember how very FEW kids these days have a patron like you.
