but what I wonder is what he is eating to get his cholesterol that high when I know he excercises like crazy.
Dairy? Does he have a sweet tooth? Carbs?
I am just interested because I am also fighting the same battle.

I think it is mostly genetic. I've seen triatheletes with cholesterol trouble. nt |

That was my experience. But if you don't 'need' the nicotine drug, you don't need to replace it. |
