Atlanta has written laws to get the homeless to move out of the area, because it embarrasses them in front of the tourists.
These communities are filled with shallow, self-involved yuppies and Gen Xers who don't give a shit for anyone other than themselves. Oh yeah, they do espouse some political views, but only the sort that makes them seem *cool* at cocktail parties. Otherwise it's back to the all important mantra of *ME ME - it's all about ME*.
Our country is screwed, with this sort of nonsense going on.
