Considering that the odds are there will be a wrongful death suit against the estate of the asshole terrorist and would likely get any money disbursed, if Mrs. Hunter needs to sue Mrs. Stack to make sure the assets of the estate aren't moved about I have absolutely no problem with that whatsoever. Mrs. Stack obviously thought her husband was dangerous enough to leave the damn house. What hasn't been established is how much she did in fact know about his intention to take out people who work for the IRS. That is what a lawsuit establishes.

What I do have a problem with is people who seem under the impression that Mrs. Stack deserves more consideration than Mrs. Hunter.
