Last week he said the N. Koreans have to be be agreeable to the agreement which
they agreed to. Something like that .... w/ the P.M. of Japan @ a joint presser.

Master of the obvious .... some domestic projects have nothing to do with the war.
He is speaks in a gibberish of stutters, talking points, and some "Cowboy Bob" from the wild
west show thrown in too.
The madness of King George is there for all to see ... yesterday or thursday he had huge welt
over his left eye as he was speaking.
