Those with the ability to pay should have the right to higher standards of medical care. The real question should be: Do those who DON'T have the ability to pay receive LOWER standards of medical care? In the current system, if you can afford better treatment then you shouldn't be denied it. But those without the ability to pay shouldn't simply be turned away. (Real universal HC would solve this problem.)

A significant advantage of a one-party state is that it avoids all the arguments that delay progress in a democratic political system. You could argue that that is indeed an "advantage" of a one-party system, but disagree that it makes a one-party system better. I wasn't sure how I wanted to answer it but I put disagree since I don't see one-party systems as better.
