3. No it isn't.

I don't know anything about this group so I'm giving an opinion based on the stated message of their website home page.

These are the orders they state they will refuse to obey:

1. We will NOT obey orders to disarm the American people.

2. We will NOT obey orders to conduct warrantless searches of the American people

3. We will NOT obey orders to detain American citizens as “unlawful enemy combatants” or to subject them to military tribunal.

4. We will NOT obey orders to impose martial law or a “state of emergency” on a state.

5. We will NOT obey orders to invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty.

6. We will NOT obey any order to blockade American cities, thus turning them into giant concentration camps.

7. We will NOT obey any order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext.

8. We will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to “keep the peace” or to “maintain control."

9. We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies.

10.We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.

It is a part of military training to receive instruction in the obligation of the individual to disobey an UNLAWFUL order.

Their stated goal seems consistent with that. All of these orders would be examples of unlawful orders under many conceivable circumstances.

I suspect the problem is that they have bought into the hate speech that is portraying Obama as being aligned with foreign interests and to be actively working against the interests of this country. They are reacting to the message of Limpballs etal in what would be an appropriate manner IF what that bastard and his lackeys say were true.

Of course, you have to be totally disconnected from reality to think that the accusations against Obama are true, and that is the nub of the problem. They are armed and disconnected from reality.

However, don't argue agaisnt their right to hold the belief that disobedience of unlawful orders is required of them for you are wrong on that point. Focus instead on the insanity of their beliefs regarding Obama.

Just my opinion.
