16. How many bogus arguments can I find in your post? Let's see-
'Telling unemployed people who are losing their homes to eat better makes no sense to me. Homeless people don't have cooking facilities.'

Michelle Obama is addressing the issue of childhood obesity as it is linked to food choice and whether neighborhoods have access to whole foods. Just because people are unemployed or homeless doesn't negate the need for parents to teach their children about food choice or the need for poor neighborhoods to have access to whole foods.

'Making this a priority in this way right now obscures the fundamental economic problems in this country that are not being adequately addressed.'

She discusses the need to address food deserts in poor neighborhoods. She discusses food choice. Those are legitimate issues even if you don't personally think she should take them on. And poor people CAN make better food choices by buying lentils and rice as long as they are available.

"And it re-invents the wheel. Many states have a "cornerstore" program that sets out incentives for Mom n Pop stores to sell food and not only liquor and crack paraphernalia. That network needs to be shored up because those people have been working on this for years."

How do you even know what her campaign will entail? Seriously, your post is a perfect example of a DU'er who needs to prove how informed they THINK they are.
