88. In a nutshell, that's what happened to my step-daughter.

She was "homeschold" by her IDIOT Roman Catholic fundie mom. She's a very bright young woman but her "teacher" couldn't think her way out of a wet paper bag. Her "education" consisted of books from the 1970's on Catholic art, Catholic mathematicians, Catholic history, Catholic literature, etc. Totally useless. The results were predictable and devastating. She's attempting college for the second time now, but it's not going well.
