Limbaugh had high ratings when Clinton was in office, but those declined after Bush was elected.
Olbermann did well due to anger toward Bush. Now that Bush is gone the left isn't as riled up as it was two years ago. A Republican in the White House in 2013 would be the best thing for Olbermann's ratings.
