It doesn't really matter if there's a mandate on no pre-existing conditions or no cancellations of policies, if these privateers are allowed to jack up rates to the point they are unaffordable to those in these situations that in the past would have denied them insurance coverage. The end result is the same, both in terms of those needing coverage not being able to get it, and these privateer companies still being able to steal more and more of the nation's GDP...
