... while excluding military & defense spending, is enough to recognize that it's bull***p. If you wanna cut or freeze spending, all budgets need to be on the table, especially those that have failed to have any auditing.

So, thanks, but I don't need to know what the animal had for lunch to recognize the bull***p.
