on a decongestant/antihistamine pill try something like Vicks Sinex. Get the ultra fine mist pump, not the regular bottle. That coupled with extra strength tylenol may help. For general wash Xlear's Nasal Wash is darn good. http://www.amazon.com/Xlear-Nasal-Wash-1-50-Ounces/dp/B... Constant really bad sinus congestion with flush on your cheeks that causes aching teeth could be a fungal infection. That could require a heavy dosing of anti-fungal pills and/or surgery.
