92. It can be theorized different ways.....
some say that this would simply reduce the price of a Cadillac plan to under $23,000 in order to avoid the tax.

We also have to remember that the insurance companies will be forced to provide care over profit at a ration of 85/15 as opposed to the existing 65-35 rate. Meaning they will not be able to reap the profits that they do from Cadillac plans charged, where half of the benefits are never even utilized by the subscribers.


That's the camp I'm in.
As premiums go down, and they will,
so will the cost of a so-called Cadillac plan.
