Idiots! They did it because they couldn't think of anything else besides giving away the farm to the oil companies to make them look like they were doing something "useful or helpful". I remember thinking when they did it what a dumb bunch of Republics. SheeZ!!!

Liberal plot my ass. This was done when the Democrats had no say in ANYTHING at all!!! :grr:
