I told you what STANDARD PRACTICE was at Target stores in general.

Did I ever treat employees unethically when directed to do so by upper levels? Yes, and I quit my fucking job over it. When I signed on to the job do you really think I had a clue exactly what kind of shit was going on? When I was in management training I was told NOTHING about what actually went on. I actually refused to screw over employees as much as I could, and I am proud to say I am the ONLY manager in a non-union store that employees would come to and say "I am coming to you with this problem because you are the only manager I TRUST".

If I was "proud" of it I would still be gleefully doing it today.

So again why don't you piss off? You obviously don't give a damn about retail workers because you clearly don't have a clue what goes on every day.
