17. Not this time. Regrettably, I think that the campus police jumped to wrong conclusions
and it was disastrous. *I* believe that they mistakenly concluded it was a copycat of the University of Washington shooting earlier in the month when they saw that the first victim was female.

Unfortunately, had they acted and surrounded the school at that time, it is now appearing that Cho went to the Post Office to mail the tape to NBC--the other deaths would have been prevented.
I guess it just proves how good assumptions work.
