15. I've eaten Wolf brand and I think that's tongue.
It's a little rubbery.

The tongue is about a foot and half to two feet long, with the sand paper like top that is similar to our, and the underside, which is an edible chunk of meat. When you butcher it, you grab the tongue, flip it over so the top is down, cut down into the meat at the tip all the way to the back of the skin on the top, and just pull that skin toward you. The huge chunk of meat, which weighs a few pounds, peels right off in a chunk. That is cut up into chunks and ground, first with a large hole grinder, and gradually smaller ones. The end result is a pile of meat that is ground, but unlike any ground meat you've ever seen.

The other major ingredient in chili? Heart. Beef heart. Now that's an ugly piece of meat you wouldn't put in your mouth if you ever saw it cut open and butchered.
