You're right that he was rejected by rich white guys. But you're wrong (and this is where Rush is wrong, too) when you say they're "his kind". They're not - not by a long shot. They think he's a loud-mouth, drug-addled, delusional, uneducated blowhard. They're right, of course.

Just because someone has money doesn't automatically put them in the same class as others who have money. Rush, and the ignoramuses who follow him, need to learn that.
