5. do they know yet..
did the shooter have his guns legally? I heard that the serial numbers on the guns were scratched off(?)

My main thought when I heard that some one with a visa had done the shooting was, How does some one with a visa get a gun?

now I have no problem with guns really, until you start talking about assault rifles and the like. But should some one on a visa be allowed to have a gun? they are not afforded all the same privileges that we are are they? Is it just me or does it seem like a bad idea to allow some one who is not a citizen to have a gun of any kind? Just to err on the side of caution, you don't want a terrorist to fly over with a work or student visa and have access to guns.
