7. I do not think there is any coherent plan around at all.
I think this panic has been engendered by a combination of a mass media that has to fill 24 hours a day with news, and Big Pharma, who sees a potential gold mine in this.

I am not saying there is nothing to worry about,,,but I do not believe that this is the beginning of the end of the world.
I believe that agencies...and some local govt were forced into over-reaction so as to avoid ever being seen as not prepared should something happen.
