24. Obama changed the tenor of world relations from "What are you lookin' at?!"
... to "Let's talk about it."

Eight years of the US acting like a Drugstore Cowboy with a bad attitude and Bush strutting around the world, picking his behind and snorting like a hick preceded Obama's cool, calm, thoughtful approach to the international scene.


Yeah, he's not yet delivered as I think he should on Gitmo, Iraq and Afghanistan, but he's changed the direction of dialog in the world.
