14. I hate to have to defend Steele here, but...
If the GOP 'leaders' in the House and Senate would spend more time writing policy instead of shouting "You Lie" (Joe Wilson), cheating on spouses and hiring the kids (John Ensign), hitting the tanning salon too much (Boneher), screeching about birth certificates and FEMA camps (Bachmann), and sounding like a sexist bastard (Cohburn), and so on (see Top 10 idiots) then maybe Steele wouldn't need to write policy.

When there's a void, something rushes in to fill it. Air, water, stupid or greedy people, Visigoths, etc. I'm just sayin...
