67. Other people.
You're here to love/care for/entertain/serve/describe/paint/learn about other people.

There is no end game or destination. It's all right now.

Some ideas:

- find a therapist with whom to discuss some of your thoughts. It helps to get them out of your head and into the real world.

- find some dull servile work to do. It can be volunteer or paid, but it has to be *useful* to someone else. It doesn't have to be a lot, it just has to be something that makes a tiny difference. Knit some hats and send them to an orphanage in Russia, for instance. You can question your reasons for living all you want, but isn't it better to do that knowing a cold child has a warm hat now? Or start a garden and give all the vegetables away to someone who doesn't have time to garden. You get what I'm saying!

- exercise. If you are in a funk, vigorous exercise three times or more times a week will clear your head faster than medication.
