57. Right, we've got sufficient evidence in this case to prove guilt beyond a shadow of a doubt.
No potential uncertainty in the evidence/witnesses, no risk of police corruption/laziness or illegal procedure producing a false arrest. So he's not innocent. Which means this sick subhuman ought to automatically get the death penalty. (Yeah, I know it's not applied to child molestation, but it needs to be.) Try him just to make sure we've got everything right, don't cut any corners, then take him out behind the courthouse as soon as the jury convicts him, and put two in the back of his head.

I'm a believer in allowing appeals for death penalty cases where there's, y'know, actually some REASON for an appeal. Uncertainty in the evidence, new evidence coming to light, possibility of police/prosecutorial misconduct, etc...
