19. How can you get cash back on a food card?
I can get cash back on my bank debit card, but I seriously doubt that a food debit card would be set up like that. That would mean that the state authorized cash back.

Also, why are you calling it a bridge card? I thought in Wisconsin they're called Quest cards.
