7. I didn't unrec it before...
but I did now. Do you have any idea what a terrible precedent such a bill would set if it were passed? Did it occur to you that Senators might need to work together on other legislation after HCR? How would that work out with this bill? It's one thing to vent your frustrations, but what you are suggesting would destroy the Senate - that's brilliant.

BTW, did you look up bill of attainder?
